Nobody should be fired and be surprised. There are always warning signs. The trick is to learn how to recognize the characters and an action plan to have. Many times subtle hints are given that relate to the fall AX.

Subtle
* You will be asked to update the management of all current projects.
* No need to be invited to attend meetings that you can always participate in the visitorPast.
* You will be prompted to pack long-term projects.
* You have a general feeling of discomfort at work.
* Your cost statements for the consideration and require explanation.
* The things that are first recognized as an expense now in question.
* Time for personal reasons will be denied or questioned.
* Your office is reduced or moved to a remote location.

Subordinate
* A new committee was formed to restructure the department and you're not on it.

* Other workers seem to feel uncomfortable in your presence.
* You will be asked to explain your work to an employee.
If you check the box of one or none of these elements, you're probably safe for now. If you answered yes to some of them may be an early warning signal that there are problems, and your boss is working with the soil.
If you answered yes to five or more, you better start updating your resume. They are probablyrejected and only know it yet.
