Army Corps of Engineers Press Conference -- The Times Leader reports

Luzerne County Engineer Jim Brozena, Cpl. Dave Anderson of the Army Corps of Engineers and Congressman Lou Barletta held a press conference to talk about the levee and the integrity of the levee. Anderson and Brozena both agreed that the amount of stress being put on the levee system is incredible and the levee has been holding the pressure of the river back.
